Folks,
Growing up in Northeast Ohio, I was taught to believe that if you worked hard, you’d be able to keep a roof over your head, put food on the table, and provide a better future for your children and their children, too.
But somewhere along the way, our country lost sight of that promise.
We sent politicians to Washington who refused to invest in an economy that works for everyone. Instead, they decided only the wealthy and the well-connected should be able to get ahead.
Well, call me old-fashioned if you’d like, but I believe it’s time to cut workers in the deal.
If you agree, will you chip in to fight back against business-as-usual politics and make sure Ohio’s next senator will always put hardworking Ohioans first?
I’m not sure if you grew up near me, or if you don’t know Niles from Neville.
But, if you’re anything like me, then you know it’s time to get rid of the politics that prioritizes the top 1% and leaves hardworking Ohioans with the short end of the stick.
It’s time for working class folks who do everything right to get ahead.
It’s time to rebuild the middle class and build an economy of the future.
It’s time for working people to finally catch a damn break and elect a leader who won’t give up on them before ever stepping foot in Washington.
That’s why I’m running for Senate—and why I need your help fighting back against the corporate greed and wealthy, dark money donors holding us back for far too long now.
If you’re with me, will you chip in to give Ohio the most pro-worker delegation in the Senate? It’s time to step up and join the movement to expand our Democratic Senate majority.
