In support of DACA
In November, the Supreme Court heard arguments on the lawfulness of the Administration's 2017 decision to terminate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. In October, UNICEF USA, along with dozens of other organizations, joined an amicus brief in support of DACA highlighting the positive contributions of Dreamers -- like UNICEF USA's own Giovana Ortiz-Barrera.
