John,

I'm writing to you today, one day before I file my final fundraising report before the primary, to say thanks.

You came through when I asked for your help, and we reached our goal. I feel so proud of what we've accomplished together.

What remains to be seen, though, is what we'll be up against. When my opponent and I turn in our reports tomorrow, it's all the press will be talking about.

I know we can win. We have a smart victory plan and thousands of grassroots donors and supporters on our side. I know I can count on you in the months to come.

But I'm not taking anything for granted. I'm working as hard as ever to keep Kansas moving forward. The work we began in 2018 isn't done, and we’ve got to keep fighting — Kansas is counting on us.
