Cruz may be evil, but he's smart. He's in Nevada for one diabolical reason: Catherine is down 1 point in the polls, and CNN has named her the most vulnerable Democratic senator in America. If Cruz puts his thumb on this race to defeat Catherine, he and McConnell take control of the Senate again!
