My team sent the below email to our campaign’s previous donors earlier today, and I wanted to make sure you see it because we have a problem…   We needed to raise $5,000 today to keep funding our get out the vote plan. We turned to those who had previously donated to my campaign to ask for help, but honestly, the response we got shows that we are going to need to rely on NEW DONORS also if we are going to make up this deficit.    So, please, will you chip in with a donation ASAP?
