Having read the Mueller report, and as Colorado’s former top federal
prosecutor, there were no surprises for me in Robert Mueller’s testimony today.
The former Special Counsel laid out the same compelling facts and evidence that
his report described in powerful detail -- facts and evidence that deserve the
attention of every single American.

Robert Mueller left no doubt: the Russian government interfered in the 2016
election to help Donald Trump -- and the President engaged in actions to slow
down and impede the Special Counsel as he worked to investigate that Russian
attack on our country.

Donald Trump and the members of his campaign should have denounced the
Wikileaks releases that were being orchestrated by Russia to help his campaign,
but instead he publicly called it a "treasure trove." Robert Mueller spoke to
that issue today saying, "Problematic is an understatement." I agree.

It’s past time for Congress to make sure Trump is accountable for his actions
-- actions that have violated both the Constitution and the trust of the
American people. But who will do that? Certainly not this Republican-controlled
Senate and certainly not Cory Gardner.

Because of Gardner’s failure to do his duty, it’s up the American people to
hold Trump accountable: The best impeachment vote is coming up -- in November
2020.

We need tough Senators who will do their duty and go toe-to-toe with this
President, or anyone else who thinks they’re above the law. I will do that --
I’ve stood up to bullies my entire life, and Trump is the worst kind of bully.
Help me get to the Senate and take him on by giving $10 now.
