We’re gearing up to hire nearly twenty paid fellows in August. They’ll support our 2022 candidates and help build enduring progressive power in state legislatures across the country.
Building our organizing infrastructure is critical to winning big at the state level this November — but staffing up like this takes resources.
That’s why I’m reaching out today. If it fits in your budget, will you make an investment today to help us hire fellows and support our growing organizing program? We pay our fellows $20 an hour and it costs $1,210 to fully fund each one of their stipends.

Strengthening our volunteer power so we can meet voters where they are is key to helping elect our Sister District candidates; to do that, we need to have the staff to execute our plans.
Right now, we’re hiring for our GOTV PhoneBank and a Fall Organizing Fellowship Programs, which will add much-needed capacity to our team as we race toward Election Day.
Over 11 weeks, our fellows will support our voter outreach and mobilization efforts to win in our seven target states — all while gaining valuable hands-on field organizing experience to help progressives win for years to come.
