Hey there, it’s Ed Markey.
I want to share 3 facts about my friend, Maura Healey, and why I’m proud to be on her team. After that, I’m going to ask you to chip in so we can grow her grassroots movement and win this important race for Governor – but if you’re already on Team Healey, will you go ahead and chip in $10 now?

Fact #1: Maura is a climate champion, a consumer protection advocate at her core, and a historic leader for these times.
As the People’s Lawyer, Maura has been committed to progress and justice. She’s taken on Goliaths like ExxonMobil, Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family, as well as predatory lenders like Navient. To put it plainly: Maura’s got guts. And that’s exactly what we need from our next Governor.
Fact #2: Maura has built her campaign around bringing people together.
Like Maura says, ‘This state, our people – we’re a team.’ Our team is facing some tough problems, like inflation and climate change. With Maura in charge, we won’t have to face these problems alone. In fact, she already has plans to give folks the relief they need by expanding the Child Tax Credit and increasing access to mental health resources.
Fact #3: Despite me being nearly 8 inches closer to the hoop, Maura could probably still get the better of me on the basketball court on a fast break. I have a better selfie game though. 😊
On a more serious note, we can’t underestimate how important this race is. We have a big chance to move our state forward – if we’ve got Maura at the helm. But first things first: we need to come together to help her win.
That’s why I’m personally asking: will you join our grassroots movement and chip in $10 to get Maura over the finish line?
