CA-13 was once one of the most Democratic-leaning districts in California, but after redistricting, it’s been labeled a “Toss Up” by Cook Political Report. We put Adam on our Candidate Watch List because we knew he would have what it takes to keep this open seat blue. Now, the DCCC and other national Democratic groups are recognizing just how critical it is for Adam to win.
