This is the last week I can accept donations of any kind for more than three months. My opponents don't have that restriction whatsoever -- and the Republican Governors Association has millions of dollars on hand to help any or all of them try to chip away at our progress.

That's why this deadline matters: Frid‌ay at mid‌night, all fundraising stops. My opponents will just keep accepting donations hand-over-fist while we're hard at work during the legislative session.

That's why we need to raise $50,000 before Friday's midnight deadline: We're well on our way to hitting our goal, but we're not there yet. Will you donate $1 or more right now?

I'm so proud of the work we're doing here in Washington state: We're taking monumental steps to set the foundation for the next generation of progressive leaders and the future of the climate movement.

We have to be bold to make real progress, and that's exactly what we're doing. Like Greta Thunberg has said for months now, the climate crisis is a moral outrage -- and it's up to each of us to do something about it. From my seat leading Washington state, we're taking some of the most progressive steps to fight this crisis while improving people's lives. But if I lose this election, we'll lose that progress.

$50,000 will go a long way to fuel the fight in the months ahead when we can't raise any campaign contributions -- that's why I'm asking, because this is so important:
