We hope you are enjoying your summer. We are just 17 days away from the primary election on August 9th and 108 days from the November election! If you haven’t already, make sure to find your polling place at myvote.wi.gov and plan to cast your ballot for your favorite conservative candidates.

On July 15, the Republican National Committee’s site selection committee voted to recommend Milwaukee as the host city for the 2024 Republican National Convention – the culmination of months of hard work from the Milwaukee Host Committee, local elected officials, and VISIT Milwaukee. This effort was led by WisGOP First Vice Chairman Gerard Randall and former RNC Chairman and White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, who deserve tremendous thanks for their hard work on behalf of the WisGOP. A Milwaukee convention would bring up to 50,000 visitors to the city and add $200 million to the local economy. Two years ago on July 23, 2020, Milwaukee community activist Bernell Trammell was killed after he stood on a street corner with regalia supporting President Trump. The WisGOP remembers Trammell for his courage and passionate advocacy for the values he believed in. His murder, which took place in front of his own Milwaukee business in the middle of the day, shortly after he was seen holding a Trump sign, remains unsolved. On this second anniversary of his death, we hope you will join us in praying for Trammell’s family and appreciating the courage it took to stand up for his beliefs.

Tony Evers Lies About Working With Republicans…Again

Tony Evers is continuing his dishonest campaign that misrepresents his failed record. In a new ad, Tony Evers once again says that he’s working with Republicans – but history proves otherwise. Evers wants voters to believe that he works across the aisle, but he notoriously doesn’t speak to Republican leaders in the Capitol, took credit for their historic tax cut after he tried to raise taxes by $1 billion, and even secretly recorded their conversations.

Democrats Shift Blame While Inflation Reaches 40-Year High

The Bureau of Labor Statistics released June’s Consumer Price Index (CPI), showing that Joe Biden’s inflation dumpster fire has gotten even worse. Prices have risen by 9.1% over the past year and by 1.3% over the past month – the worst inflation numbers in four decades.
