Last night's Jan 6th hearing made clear some pretty shocking revelations about Donald Trump and the GOP’s lack of action in the wake of the attack.

• We now know that Trump knew about the riot within 15 minutes of returning to the Oval Office, but he still refused to call law enforcement or the national guard. Instead, he used that time to bully Republican Senators to delay certifying the election results. 

• While the mob he spurred on stormed the Capitol, Trump directed his ire at Vice President Mike Pence and continued to inflame the mob. 

• He ignored multiple staffers -- including his own kids -- who urged him to condemn the violence and tell the attackers to stand down.

Let me be clear: This is the man that my opponent Doug LaMalfa is taking his orders from. And Trump knows that if more guys like LaMalfa win in November, he can count on them to skirt the rules to pave the way for his 2024 presidential run.
