I’m State Senator Jen Jordan, the Democratic nominee for Attorney General of Georgia.
Following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Attorney General is in a unique position to determine the future of women’s healthcare in Georgia.
Right now, the Attorney General of Georgia is Chris Carr, an extremist Republican who has made it the mission of his office to roll back women’s rights and access to reproductive health care – opposing abortion even in cases of rape or incest. After Roe v. Wade was overturned, Carr rushed to ask the courts to enact HB 481, Georgia’s restrictive six-week abortion ban – it went into effect on Wednesday.
I’ve dedicated my career to fighting for Georgia’s women and children. As Attorney General, I will use the office to advocate for Georgians’ fundamental rights. And I won’t defend this extreme abortion ban, which violates the right to privacy guaranteed in the Georgia State Constitution.
Will you support my campaign for Attorney General by splitting a donation right now between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia? After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, it has never been more important to have pro-choice advocates in state government.

We cannot allow anti-abortion extremists like Chris Carr and Brian Kemp to continue to rip decision-making power away from Georgia women.
That’s why I’m asking you to please split a donation right now between my campaign and the Democratic Party of Georgia.
Together, we can flip critical offices across our state and protect reproductive rights for millions of Georgians.
