We earned this endorsement because we take our responsibility to protect Colorado’s land, air, and water seriously - for our generation and those to come.
We have defended air quality and climate protections, like the federal Environmental Protection Agency’s Methane and Clean Car Rules as well as Colorado’s right to set higher car emission standards.
We have resisted the rollback of federal Clean Water Act rules, and are holding companies accountable in Colorado for threatening our drinking water by manufacturing, marketing, or distributing “forever chemicals”. And we have fought short-sighted “buy and dry” water grabs that harm our rural communities.
