AG Mark Brnovich of Arizona is asking an Arizona court to allow an abortion ban from 1901 to go into effect and only allow abortion procedures if the life of the mother is at risk.

We have an opportunity in November to elect abortion rights advocate Kris Mayes as the next Arizona Attorney General, and make sure that we have someone in office who will always protect Americans’ right to choose. Republican candidates claim to be pro-life, but laws like these don’t make anyone safer: they just put people at risk.

We have to take advantage of our clear opportunity to vote anti-choice Republican AGs out of office this year in as many states as we can.
