Hi, John!
During the first leg of the election cycle, a lot of our supporters were curious about our TV ad strategy. In fact, one of the biggest questions our team received during the first leg of the sprint was: Why is there only one Patty ad on TV?
The answer is actually pretty simple. Running one TV ad starts at about $35,000, and the longer it runs, the more expensive it becomes. Since our goal has always been to win the general election, we wanted to make sure we were using our grassroots dollars as effectively as possible by concentrating our efforts on sending Patty to Congress for a full term.
However, now that we’re officially in the second leg of the election sprint, our team is ready to get Patty back on the air — and John, we need your help!
Patty can’t call one of the party leaders in D.C. for a quick check like her opponent, so we’re counting on our groundswell of people-power to get us on TV again. Will you chip in to help us launch a new ad spot this summer?
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your contribution will be processed instantly.
Our team knows times are tough, so if you can’t donate today, that’s okay — we still need you on our team! If you’re looking for other ways you can help get the word out about Patty’s campaign, click here to let us know you’re interested in volunteering with Team Patty and someone from our campaign will be in touch.
Thanks for stepping up, John. Let’s keep our feet on the gas!
