Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI), on behalf of the State Loan and Investment Board, has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows:

Chapter 42 - Local Government Project ARPA Grants

*COMMENT PERIOD STARTS July 22, 2022, AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON September 9, 2022*

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapter 42 of the State Loan and Investment Board's Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov [ [link removed] ] or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
