John
Hi, I’m Evan, Fight for the Future’s deputy director. We just wrapped up our 2020 campaign planning and I’m a bit worried. We’re running multiple high impact campaigns, and they’re all going really well.
But because we’ve been so focused on winning multiple campaigns at once, our fundraising numbers are falling behind this month. If we don’t close the gap, we may have to scale back our efforts or drop one of our campaigns entirely.
Will you chip in $30 to help us meet our goal?
Right now, a generous donor will match your gift and double your impact (which will go even further to help us close our fundraising gap!).
DONATE
Every single campaign we’re running right now is on a crucial issue. I honestly can’t imagine dropping any of them.
-
We’re launching a major new campaign to pass net neutrality laws at the state level.
-
We’re fighting a dangerous White House executive order that would put the FCC in charge of free speech and could lead to widespread Internet censorship.
-
We’ve gotten 40 music festivals to pledge not to use facial recognition, and are pushing for a ban on invasive surveillance at the local, state, and federal levels.
-
We’re about to make a major breakthrough fighting Amazon’s surveillance partnerships with police departments.
We’ve hired additional staff to work with volunteers and effectively manage all of this time-sensitive organizing. But if we don’t meet our fundraising goals, something will have to give.
Will you rush an urgent donation of $30 now so we can meet our goals and keep winning major victories for Internet freedom and privacy?
The fight for Internet freedom and privacy is at its most crucial moment. Fight for the Future’s strategic thinking and creative ability to mobilize is needed now more than ever. We need the people who truly understand what’s at stake to donate today to make our work possible. Can you help?
Thanks for all you do,
-Evan at Fight for the Future
