You’ve probably heard the Left’s new codeword: EQUITY. It sounds like “equality,” but it means the opposite. “Equity” is the Left’s term for discriminating against the people they hate:
* White & Asian Americans
* Parents & Children
* Boys & Girls (born and unborn)
* Women & Straight People
* Christians & Conservatives
* Citizens & Legal Immigrants
* Constitutionalists and Patriots
The theory of “EQUITY” is simple: all of the above people are bad, so they should be penalized, punished, and oppressed.
Across the country, businesses, universities, and government agencies controlled by the Left are using this cockamamie “equity” theory to discriminate against anyone who disagrees with their hateful, un-American extremism.
This is the excuse Big Tech uses to censor conservatives. It’s why the Biden Justice Department investigated parents as “domestic terrorists” for protesting corrupt school boards. It’s why colleges and businesses are firing professors and professionals for suggesting that only women can have babies. It’s why federal and state officials tried to give Covid relief only to people with specific skin color!
It’s outrageous. It’s obnoxious. But most of all, it’s ILLEGAL.
I’m writing today to tell you about a new project called the Center for Legal Equality. It’s an effort led by CPI partner organization American First Legal along with Turning Point USA to identify and defend victims of the Left’s equity racket.
AFL is going to sue them, depose them, expose them, and bankrupt every organization that continues this racist, sexist, unconstitutional, illegal discrimination. They will drag liberal elites kicking and screaming into court and then into compliance with the law.
These woke socialists think they hate America now. Wait until conservatives make them play by its rules!

AFL and TPUSA have reached out to college students and are monitoring events for examples of discrimination. They are already in this fight. Victims of cancel culture want to fight back, and a generation of conservative judges is ready to hold the Left to account.
