We’ve surveyed the field, and many of the most popular sexual harassment trainings are developed by all-white-male teams (what a surprise🙄).

Because, believe it or not even the EEOC has come out saying traditional sexual harassment trainings don’t work, and are advising employers to integrate those trainings with bystander intervention tactics and workplace civility training. Honestly, if you ask us some inclusive & intersectional values won’t hurt either.
