We’ll be closing the books on 2019 in just three weeks. That means finalizing our priorities for 2020, and setting our budget to support those priorities too. So we did some number crunching, and landed on $105,000 as our goal to raise online in December.

But here’s the catch: it's always tougher to raise in an "off year" like 2019. And so far, we're running a little behind compared to this same time last year. That means if we’re going to hit our goal — which is a real and ambitious one — then we’ll need a big surge down the home stretch.

The truth is, we’ve always been proud of ability to "punch above our weight class." We’re able to do a lot with a smaller budget than many organizations. That’s because of you.

When we set these ambitious fundraising goals, we know that a strong surge of grassroots support can get us to our target. But that surge needs to start now.
