I have great news to share, John.

The fundraising numbers are in, and we officially outraised our opponent Yvette Herrell in the second financial quarter of 2022!

This is a huge sign of momentum for our campaign. Herrell is a far-right incumbent with an existing war chest and the backing of the GOP, lobbyists, corporate donors, and Donald Trump.

Despite all of that, we raised $53,782 more than her from April to June through the power of grassroots donations from people like you. We were one of just six Democratic candidates to outraise their Republican incumbent opponent this quarter. It just goes to show how impactful your donations of $10, $25, $50, and more are in this toss-up race!

I said from the beginning that this would be a campaign fueled by the people, just like I will be a representative for the people — not corporations or the wealthiest few — of New Mexico’s 2nd district in Congress.

Help us continue to keep this momentum going all the way to the November election so we can replace Herrell and flip NM-02 blue: chip in $10 or more today.
