Hi,

As a mother of four kids, I’ve seen firsthand the rising costs that come with raising a family here in New Jersey. Food, childcare, gas, and so much more adds up, which is why bringing down everyday costs is a top priority of mine.

In Congress, I am committed to fighting for affordability here in NJ-11. 

I was proud to vote for legislation like the Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act, which will lower costs at the checkout by:

• Helping lower costs at the grocery store
• Reducing gas prices
• Strengthening food supply chains

Beyond food and fuel, I voted to cap the out-of-pocket cost of insulin at $35/month for people in New Jersey and across the U.S. 

In March, I secured funding for all 10 community projects I submitted on behalf of NJ-11 that will help take the burden off taxpayers and towns, including funding for housing, expanding childcare, and clean water infrastructure.

Now, I’m fighting for the next round in this year’s budget for housing, education, health care to keep costs down.

I also voted for the COMPETES Act to reduce inflation, lower prices on goods for consumers, and bring back jobs to the U.S. We passed it in the House and we are pushing the Senate so we can combat disruptions in our supply chains, bring production back to the U.S., ensure strong government oversight of spending, and create a grant program for states like New Jersey to offset energy costs for families. New Jerseyans need relief and I will continue to fight in Congress to make New Jersey more affordable for families.
