Our pre-primary filing deadline is coming up soon. And when fundraising reports are published, everyone from the media to our opponents will be watching to see how strong this campaign really is. Honestly, Tate Reeves is going to publish an enormous number. He has special interests pouring cash into his campaign, and he has a war chest totaling almost $6 million as of the last reporting deadline.

The good news is we don’t have to outraise Tate Reeves -- we just need enough to run a winning grassroots campaign that can beat him at the ballot box. That’s why we’ve set a goal of bringing on 300 new donors before Saturday’s pre-primary deadline.
