As I reflect on all that’s happening in our community and country, it’s clear that now is not the time for moderation. Women’s rights are under attack, threats against LGBTQ equality are mounting, and our planet is on fire – just to name a few pressing issues.

I’m proud of my beliefs – whether that’s defending a woman’s right to choose, fighting for climate action, or supporting a ban on assault weapons. The stakes of the current moment are too high to moderate any of those beliefs.
