The U.S. Census Bureau completed the 2022Q2 release of Job-to-Job Flows (J2J) data. J2J Flows are statistics on hires and separations to and from employment in the United States, with a focus on worker reallocation across employers. The latest available data in the 2022Q2 release is 2021Q2 for most states. In the event that data submission or data quality issues are encountered, J2J releases for a state may be delayed or skipped for one or several quarters, until the issue can be resolved.

J2J include statistics on: (1) the job-to-job transition rate, (2) hires and separations to and from employment, (3) earnings changes due to job change, and (4) characteristics of origin and destination jobs for job-to-job transitions.
