This week, an ordinary American citizen with no police or military firearms training did something the entire police force of Uvalde, Texas couldn’t do . . . he neutralized a mass shooter in seconds.

Just days after Indiana signed Constitutional Carry into law – which says the only permit law-abiding gun owners need to carry a concealed handgun is the Second Amendment – Eli Dicken stopped a madman at a mall from killing what could have been dozens of people.

Incredibly, he stopped the mass murderer in just 15 seconds, from a distance of 40 yards.

Contrast that with the nearly 400 policemen in Uvalde, who took over an hour to take down an active murderer.

Eli Dicken didn’t wait. He acted. And he was able to act only because he exercised his right to keep and bear arms.

It’s a dramatic example of what statistics have shown: Guns save lives.

What stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.

But the left-wing statists in Washington, D.C. want to disarm good guys like Eli Dicken and you . . . and leave you defenseless.

They’ll tell you if guns are banned, there won’t be shootings. Which is ridiculous since the bad guys and criminals don’t follow laws.

As we warned on Tuesday, the House Judiciary Committee voted to approve H.R. 1808, which would ban the overwhelming majority of rifles in America.

A vote on the House floor could happen as early as next week.

If it passes the Senate and is signed into law, you will no longer be able to buy or sell the most popular rifle in America, the AR-15, or hundreds of other types of commonly owned guns in order to protect yourself and your family.

Bushmasters, Barretts, Colts, H&Ks, Mossbergs, Remingtons, SIGs, S&Ws . . . hundreds of the most popular firearms in America would be banned.

More than 200 types, in total, many of which the legislation specifies by name.

Of course, it also bans standard-capacity magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, too.

Bills like this have been introduced by anti-gun fanatics in Congress before, if for no other reason than to make a statement to their fanatical anti-gun base.

There is a real threat this bill could pass both the House and the Senate and go to Joe Biden’s desk!

But there’s still time to stop this heinous assault on the Bill of Rights and our natural right to protect ourselves and our families.

Even if you’ve already signed the petition, sign again – the more the politicians in Washington hear from you the better.

Do you think Republicans will oppose it if they don’t hear from you?

Republicans in the House and Senate just helped pass a radical anti-gun and Red Flag Gun Confiscation funding bill.

Weak-kneed Republicans like Illinois Representative Adam Kinzinger, Maine Senator Susan Collins, Ohio Senator Rob Portman, and others have a history of compromising on your gun rights.

And some Democrats have expressed concerns over the bill. Nancy Pelosi can’t afford but a handful of defectors, so you and I need to put the pressure on every single member, no matter what party.

But it is election season, and with the reckoning on the horizon, your voice really matters. Together with millions of other liberty loving Americans, you CAN make a difference and change the course of history for the better.

That’s why you must take one moment to sign the petition to your representative and senators demanding they vote NO on this unprecedented gun grab.


This will be the first time in almost 30 years Congress has had a vote on a so-called “assault weapons” ban.

Bans are nothing but a political game to find a scapegoat for the skyrocketing violent crime in American cities. This will do NOTHING to stop criminals – criminals DO NOT obey laws!

You and I would be better served if Congress focused on the George Soros-funded radical activist prosecutors, the insane “defund the police” campaign, and the crumbling American economy.

If we're going to win this battle and DEFEAT H.R. 1808, EVERYONE has to do their part.

Take just one moment to sign your petition to STOP this latest and most extreme assault on the Second Amendment and pass this message on to a friend.
