Arizona is the first line of defense for our country.
So when you hear about a civil war in northern Mexico between Federal troops and the northern Mexican drug lords, please know that it's OUR community that feels the brunt.
Basically. Arizona is the line in the sand separating lawless northern Mexico and their brutal drug cartels from the rest of America.
Cochise County, AZ is one of those communities:
"Mexican drug cartels like the one that murdered nine Americans in an ambush on Monday post a threat similar to that of terror groups such as the Islamic State (ISIS), according to the sheriff of an Arizona county that sits on the southern U.S. border.
Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels appeared on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Tuesday and said it has been a troubling time for the community in the area.
"Think about what ISIS does and think about what the cartels do. They terrorize," Dannels said. "They kill both their own citizens -- they kill Americans, as demonstrated last night."
So when conservative Republicans like President Trump are talking about securing our southern border against drug lords and illegal activity, THIS is what we mean.
We mean protecting you and your family from child kidnappers and human trafficking.
We are stopping the flow of deadly drugs and the ruthless criminals who want to destroy your family's future.
We are stopping mindless, murderous terrorists who have no fear of the law.
