The Supreme Court will soon make a decision that could put an end to DACA. This program was implemented by the Obama administration to provide a fair path to citizenship for DREAMers. These are young people who were brought to the United States as children. They have lived, gone to school, and worked here for years. Some have even served in the military; all have passed very strict background checks.

My opponent John Katko voted NO when the US House passed the Dream and Promise Act earlier this year. Despite this being a bipartisan piece of legislation, Rep. Katko voted against creating a fair path to citizenship for DREAMers and protecting them from Trump and his conservative Supreme Court.

If enough of us speak out, we can send a loud and clear message that the US Senate should stand on the right side of history and vote to protect DREAMers from being torn away from their homes and communities.
