Run for Something

Hi there --

Happy Monday! Here are three things you should click on instead of refreshing your Twitter feed:

  1. Pennsylvanians owe, on average, $37,061 per graduate -- the highest student debt in the nation. RFS alum and current Rep. Jennifer O'Mara has co-founded a "Student Debt Caucus" in the state legislature to tackle the issue.
  2. If you missed it last week, we've added a "How We Help" section to our website to answer our most frequently asked question. Check it out.
  3. Last week, we elected our 299th person: Rachel Junck won her run-off against an incumbent to take a seat on the Ames City Council and become one of the youngest women ever elected in the state of Iowa. Watch the video of Rachel finding out she won.

There are no quiet off-weeks when you're working to fill state and local seats across the country with a young progressive. Today is the Texas filing deadline, and other key state deadlines are approaching fast. Can you toss $10 our way today so that we can keep up this pace through the end of the year?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Thank you!
