First → federal judges found that Alabama’s congressional map was gerrymandered by Republicans and threw it out.
Then → the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated the map, claiming that it was too close to the election to change it.
Now → the six conservative justices could use this gerrymandering case to GUT what’s left of the Voting Rights Act.
