America is a pro-choice country: A majority of people want abortion to stay legal, and want our government to protect the full range of reproductive care.

But across the country, Republicans are doing the exact opposite. Less than a day after the Supreme Court overturned Roe – Mike DeWine and his Republican allies implemented a six-week abortion ban with no exception for rape or incest, and they’re pushing hard to criminalize it altogether in Ohio.

This isn’t what we want – so when I’m governor, I’ll support a ballot measure to protect abortion access in the Ohio Constitution because we need to let Ohioans, not extreme right-wing politicians, decide on our own health care.
