John, I have exciting news: Our campaign has been endorsed by the Human Rights Campaign!

At the end of June–Pride Month–our state legislature saw attacks on LGBTQ+ youth pass the Senate. This was not an accident. It was an attack on LGBTQ+ people in our state. And I won't stand for it.

Now more than ever, we need advocates for LGBTQ+ rights in elected office, and I am honored that the Human Rights Campaign has recognized our campaign as an ally in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights and protections.

As an Emergency Physician, I know how harmful policy attacks on the LGBTQ+ community can be to the wellbeing of young people in Pennsylvania. And I am ready on day one in the House to stand up for our children and fight for their rights to simply be themselves.

Arvind is an ER doc who is always looking for ways to give back to the community that means so much to him and his family. He serves on the McCandless-Franklin Park Ambulance Authority and helps develop innovative programs in the ER to improve the health of our community.

Arvind wants to bring that foundation of service and common purpose to the State House on behalf of the people of Hampton, McCandless, Franklin Park, Ohio Township, Emsworth, Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, and Kilbuck – the new District 30.
