The Arlington County Democrats are hosting the 5th Annual Interfaith Eid Celebration tonight at 6:30pm at Lubber Run Community Center. There will be free halal food, live music, and speakers including Congressman Don Beyer. We hope to see you there tonight!

And this Saturday, AYD is hosting our annual Membership BBQ at Quincy Park from 5-8pm! We’ll have food, soft beverages, games, a photo booth and more! The event is FREE for due paying members of AYD, $30 for Young Dems, and $40 for 35+ year olds.

AYD Special Election & Resolutions General Body Meeting

Come to our July AYD General Body Meeting on Tuesday, July 26th at 6:30pm in the Bluemont Room at Arlington Central Library.

This meeting will focus on a special election to fill the role of AYD Diversity & Inclusion Director as well as discussion and passage of several resolutions that have passed our resolutions committee and our executive board, and must now pass the general body in order to be fully passed by AYD.

We will post the resolutions soon for our members to review beforehand.
