I love summer in New Hampshire, John.

From drives along Ocean Boulevard to Independence Day parades across the state to enjoying an ice cream cone, the Granite State has an awful lot to offer.

But summer also means a drop in our fundraising. And understandably so – people are spending more time outdoors, not focusing on politics.

I get it.

But let me explain why we can't lose our momentum, especially now.

1. While most of us are spending time with family and friends, extreme GOP groups are spending over $21 million on attack ads against me.

2. A public poll shows me up by only one point to an anti-choice Republican.

3. With the Senate split 50-50, losing here means losing our Democratic majority, paving the way for Mitch McConnell's extreme, anti-choice agenda.

Our campaign relies heavily on small-dollar donors like you, John. So a summer slump, with only four months left until the election, could lead to budget cuts – and in a deeply purple state like New Hampshire, that could be the difference between winning and losing.

So I'm reaching out to ask: can you help my team and me get out of this slump by chipping in $3 or more?

But if you can't donate today, that's ok. I appreciate your support regardless. The fact that you're reading this email means a lot.

So donate if you can. Or keep reading these emails for another opportunity to donate, volunteer, or simply stay updated on this race.

Thank you – now, please get back to enjoying your day.

With every good wish,
