Planned Parenthood has been awarded millions. It’s an injustice, and we’re appealing.

Here’s what happened. A San Francisco jury forced pro-lifers to pay Planned Parenthood millions in damages as punishment even though the pro-lifers had exposed the sale of aborted babies' body parts.

This was after our weeks-long trial against Planned Parenthood where one Planned Parenthood abortionist was forced to admit on the stand that she said she "wanted a Lamborghini" as "compensation" for "fetal tissue" - aborted babies' body parts. Another abortionist was shown on video talking about "crushing" babies to harvest their organs.

It was disturbing testimony exposing the evils of the abortion industry.

But in the end, the judge essentially found the pro-lifers liable for trespass in exposing the harvesting of babies' body parts and instructed the jury to decide how much the pro-life defendants should have to pay Planned Parenthood as punishment, as well as their liability on other claims.

Planned Parenthood is "thrilled." But we’re preparing to appeal.

We must not allow this injustice to continue, and we need your help.
