We needed to reach out to make sure you saw this. Yesterday, a video of anti-abortion candidate for Minnesota’s Lieutenant Governor - Matt Birk - surfaced with extreme comments about women. His speech, given the day the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , doubles down on his support for an abortion ban with absolutely no exceptions.

John, this is absolutely sickening. And it is what we are up against.

The majority of Minnesotans support access to safe, legal abortion. And we are organizing to make sure their views are represented in office and that we have fierce pro-choice women leading this fight.

That is why we are working hard to re-elect Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan -- a leader who has been persistent in the fight for abortion access here in Minnesota and will continue to protect reproductive rights as long as she in office.
