Dear John, We recently released our Alzheimer's Association Annual Report, and I wanted to make sure you saw the incredible impact that we've made in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Together, we've made significant advancements and set the pace toward achieving our vision of a world without Alzheimer's. Thank you for being part of this important progress. Some highlights from this past year include: The Association's largest-ever research investment, more than $42 million granted to 162 scientific investigations, supporting our commitment to accelerating global progress toward new treatments, preventions and, ultimately, a cure. Provided care and support more than 9.1 million times through channels including phone and in-person care consultation, support groups, education programs and alz.org. Played an instrumental part in the development, introduction and passage of the Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act, which will create an Alzheimer's public health infrastructure across the country to implement effective interventions focused on public health issues.
