I am the Only Conservative in the Race

The worst inflation in more than 40 years. Skyrocketing gas prices reaching
historic highs not seen before. The war on American energy. Rapidly rising
violent crime and threats to defund our police… There is a lot at stake in the
General Election this November.



But first things first. I want to make sure you know that I am being
challenged in the Aug. 9 primary from someone on the left. That’s right, a
Democrat in Republican clothing is challenging me in the Republican primary
election next month.



To be clear: I am the only conservative in this race. I am proud to be
unanimously endorsed by 8th district Republicans. I am fighting hard to defend
our conservative values and protect our way of life and I will keep fighting to
preserve our sacred freedoms and reject Joe Biden and the coastal elite
wokeness that is eroding our liberties. Many of you know me well:

* I am 100 percent pro-life and will always protect the unborn
* I am defending our 2nd Amendment rights and reject Democrats’ attempts to
prevent law abiding citizens from protecting their families and property
* I reject Joe Biden’s open border policies that created a humanitarian crisis
* I am actively fighting against the Democrats’ war on American energy
* As a 23-year police officer, I will always stand with our law enforcement
* I believe parents should have a say in their child’s education and know
what’s being taught in the classroom
* I am championing legislation that sheds light on vaccine mandates imposed
on our military members
* And I am fighting hard for election integrity so we can have faith in our
elections

The Biden administration’s approach is mind boggling. Last week I joined Fox
Business Network’s “Cavuto: Coast to Coast” to highlight the Biden
administration’s wrong-headed approach for relaxing tariffs on Chinese solar
panels and weighing lifting other tariffs on China while blocking mineral
mining in Minnesota. When we talk about solar panels coming into this country,
Chinese Communist Party-made, child slave labor, zero environmental standards,
and zero labor standards, it’s unacceptable when we’re ready, able, and willing

Washington Democrats Waging War on Minnesota Mining


Mining in northern Minnesota has been a strong part of our state’s heritage
for more than 130 years. Now, with our supply chains challenged and our nation
dependent on hostile foreign countries for our critical minerals, we should be
doubling down on our God-given natural resources to not only boost supply but
also bolster our workforce and ignite our economy. Led by the Biden
administration,congressional Democrats passed a bill that threatens our entire
mining industry

and quite frankly our way of life. When it comes to mining, the choice is
crystal clear and the differences couldn’t be more stark:

Washington Democrats and Twin Cities liberals want to kill mining at all costs.

I strongly support mining, job creation, and an economic boom to our region
and our national economy.

Small businesses are the engine to our economy and in Congress I am trying to
ensure we do what we can to help them succeed. I was pleased that my
legislation to strengthen subcontracting for small businesses recently passed
