Now that this extremist Supreme Court has decided it’s more important to protect guns than women, it’s never been more urgent to elect champions for reproductive freedom up and down the ballot.

Karen Bass is one of those champions. She’s always fought for social and economic justice — and I'm proud to endorse her to become the next mayor of Los Angeles.

Now we need to make sure she wins this election. If we get her across the finish line, she'll do everything to fight to defend the right to choose and ensure access to reproductive health care. And look: she’s running against an out-of-touch former Republican billionaire, and we’ve all seen the damage someone like that can do.
