Notice of Intent for 2022-2024 Ford Driving Dreams Grants Program now available!

LULAC Institute, Inc. and Ford Motor Company Fund are excited to announce the
Notice of Intent [ [link removed] ]
for the 2022-2024 Ford Driving Dreams Grants Program is now available! We believe
that education is the gateway to opportunity, and in partnership with LULAC
councils and their educational community partners we can continue to drive
education further by supporting students and families through localized
initiatives that address the most pressing needs within communities.

The Ford Driving Dreams Grants Program is a two-year education initiative aimed
at helping Hispanic students achieve on-time graduation, understand traditional
and non-traditional pathways to higher education, and become equipped with skills
to succeed in the workforce. The revamped initiative brings a stronger focus to
developing networks of support for families and addressing the quality of life
needs of each student to help them succeed academically and beyond.

Program Timeline: November 2022 - June 2024
Grant Amount: $25,000

LULAC councils and educational community partners interested in learning more
about the program and submitting a proposal are invited to complete the Notice of
Intent [ [link removed] ] by August
5th, 2022.

If you’ll be joining LULAC in Puerto Rico for the 2022 LULAC National Convention,
you are invited to attend a workshop on Thursday, July 28th from 2:45 PM to 3:30
PM where you can learn more about the program’s history, impact and incoming
cycle. Attendees will be eligible to receive one (1) bonus point toward their
