Justice Clarence Thomas needs to be held accountable. Here’s why:

Earlier this year, Thomas was the sole dissenter in the Court’s decision to grant the Jan 6th Committee access to White House records – it was later revealed that his wife, Ginni Thomas, was actively involved in efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

Justice Thomas’ refusal to recuse himself, even when his crystal-clear conflict of interest was brought to light, undermines the legitimacy of the Court.

Now, top Democrats like Amy Klobuchar are demanding accountability – the Supreme Court is the only court in the country that isn’t required to abide by a judicial code of ethics!

Texts show Ginni Thomas was in close contact with some key figures in the leadup to the Jan 6th insurrection – including Mark Meadows, John Eastman, and dozens of Arizona lawmakers.

Her close involvement with efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, as well as her documented efforts to persuade Arizona lawmakers to set aside Biden’s victory and “choose” their own electors raises questions about whether Justice Thomas can remain unbiased. He’s far too close to the issue.
