Hey friends,
You helped us out so much over the past few weeks. Thanks to your support, our team will be able to keep our new mini-grants program going and funnel even more resources to organizers in some of the toughest political terrain out there.
If you missed our messages about our mini-grants last week – tl;dr:
Our mini-grants are awarded in contributions up to $2,000 and are designed to give a critical boost to short-term and specific needs on the ground, from volunteer training programs to GOTV events and new technology. Any organization in our partner states can apply, and we aim to award around three every month.
There is still time to chip in and help fund this effort and all the others GWP has in the works for this year! Donate here [[link removed]] .
Speaking of GWP programs, I hope you have had a chance to tune in and enjoy some of our recent state-specific Facebook Live panels. We have another conversation scheduled for tomorrow at 7pm ET with our grantees in Alabama: Angela Curry (Executive Director of United Women of Color ), Anneshia Hardy (Executive Director of Alabama Values Progress ), and Cara McClure (Founder of Faith & Works Alabama ).
Want to make sure you don’t miss it? RSVP here to be notified when we go live! [[link removed][%7B%22surface%22%3A%22page%22%7D]%7D]

These leaders are the experts on what it’s going to take to turn the tide in the South! We’re eager for you to meet them, as well as hear more about what they do and how GWP is supporting their strategic planning. I hope you can join tomorrow and that it will inspire you to get involved in their work.
I’ll be sure to have my team circle back later this week with some of our event highlights. I can’t even express how much each conversation is leaving me with more and more conviction in our mission.
More soon,
Joe
