Your lawmakers have another busy week of voting ahead of them — including on a yet-to-be introduced government funding bill. Tell them how they should vote and make your voice heard!

1. Should Prescription Drug Prices be Negotiated by the HHS Secretary?

This bill — the Lower Drug Costs Now Act — would enact comprehensive reform to lower prescription drug costs. It would end the ban on Medicare negotiating directly with drug companies and create new tools to force drug companies to come to the table to negotiate on drug prices (including for newly-launched drugs) with the Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary.  Vote now →

2. Should the President be Directed to Remove All U.S. Armed Forces From Syria?

This concurrent resolution would direct President Donald Trump to remove all U.S. armed forces from hostilities in Syria that haven’t been authorized by Congress. This would effectively end the U.S. military’s involvement in Syria, as there’s no congressional authorization for this war (current actions are being justified using the post-9/11 counterterrorism authorization for use of military force).  Vote now →

3. Should the Feds Fund Efforts to Mitigate & Research Climate Change in Coastal Communities?

This bill — the Coastal and Great Lakes Communities Act — has three sections, each of which would address a different aspect of the challenges that climate change poses to coastal environments. Its three titles are summarized below. Taken together, they would seek to improve federal grantmaking to coastal communities affected by climate change and to enhance federally directed research and data collection on climate change in coastal communities.  Vote now →
