I’m proud of all the work we’ve done in the House.
To date, we’ve passed over 270 bipartisan bills that would take necessary action to tackle the climate crisis, protect and expand the Affordable Care Act, enact common-sense gun safety reforms, secure our elections, and make progress on other crucial issues.
But unfortunately, only one branch of Congress seems to believe that the role of government is to govern -- under Mitch McConnell, Senate Republicans refuse to vote on a single one of the bills we’ve passed in the House.
I won’t stop until we’ve delivered the progress that the American people are counting on. But the truth is, I’m a top target for national Republicans in 2020 -- will you chip in to help me defend my seat so I can continue fighting to get things done in Washington?
My work in the House has been made possible by this team -- and I know that with your help, we’ll succeed in holding this seat and in bringing real change to this country.
