If you want to see the future of election subversion, look no further than to Pennsylvania. Last year, the outcome of a local judicial election hinged on the counting of a small number of undated mail-in ballots. A federal court ruled the missing dates were unrelated to the validity of the ballots and ordered them to be counted. As a result, a state court also ordered the counting of undated mail-in ballots in the U.S. Senate primary held on May 17.

Nearly six weeks after the primary, three counties still refuse to include undated ballots in their certified vote totals. Last week, Pennsylvania finally sued to force these counties to perform this simple act. But this situation is far more disturbing than it may seem.

In my latest piece, “A Constitutional Crisis Is Brewing In Pennsylvania,” I discuss how the current stalemate in Pennsylvania is a warning sign of things to come. [link removed]

Let’s keep up the fight,
Marc
