Sister District focuses on the state level because, with Congress in a near-constant state of gridlock, our best bet to tackle some of the most important issues our communities face — abortion, gun violence, climate change, and so much more — is to elect progressive candidates to state legislatures.

We’re organizing in seven key states: Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Michigan.

In those states, from now until Election Day, our team is going to be on the frontlines doing everything we can to help our slate of progressive candidates win.

We’re finalizing our organizing and mobilization plans for the rest of the election — which means the more resources we have in-hand, the bigger we can make those plans and the more votes we can get out for our candidates.

That means that the earlier you make your gift, the greater an impact it will have to build progressive power in the states. That’s why we’re asking you to pitch in $5 — or whatever you can spare — now.
