Hey John,
We’ll cut right to it: our fundraising in the final quarter this year has been lagging a bit behind where we were at this point in 2018.
As it stands, we’re still running $15,313 behind our end-of-quarter goal compared to this exact day last year. And since December is often our biggest grassroots fundraising month of the year, we’re really counting on people like you reading emails like this one to turn it around and close out the year strong.
All it takes is a surge of small-dollar contributions right now. Can we count on you?
Donate $1, $3, or $10 right now to the Working Families Party, and help us surpass our fundraising pace from 2018?

Emails like this one are one of the primary ways we raise money to fuel our electoral and organizing work. And as we close out 2019 and look ahead towards 2020, we know we need to scale up our efforts even more if we want to build a multiracial movement of working people that will transform this country.
But the truth is, only a small percentage of the people reading are able to give each time we ask. Combined, those small donations — $3 or $5 at a time — are powering the work we do in cities and states across the country.
So, we’re asking you today if you’ll be one of the contributors on this email who gives a few dollars — even $3 makes a difference — to help us build out our infrastructure and elect visionary progressives in 2020.
This upcoming month is huge for us. Whether we are able to hit our end-of-year fundraising goal or not will set the tone — and budget — for the start of 2020, one of the most monumental election years in any of our lifetimes.
We’re so incredibly grateful for your continued support, and hope you’ll be able to give again today.
In solidarity,
Team WFP
