Fire restrictions in place on Game and Fish lands

Fire bans on WY Game and Fish lands

Fire danger remains high throughout Wyoming due to hot, dry temperatures. *To help protect wildlife habitat and other public lands, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department has implemented fire restrictions on many department-managed properties where people camp and recreate. [ [link removed] ]*

Applications for hunter management areas now open

If you?re one of the many hunters forming plans to head to a Wyoming Game and Fish Department hunter management area this fall, it's time to apply for permission slips. Applications for HMAs are now open. As many hunters know, a successful hunting season begins long before heading afield. *Securing permission for access is one of the most important planning steps.
