Last month's Supreme Court hearing made it clear that the Court may let Trump kill DACA at any moment. POLITICO reports that between the existing stalemate on immigration in the Senate and the impeachment trial ahead, we can't count on this Senate to save DACA.

DACA protects 700,000 young immigrants from being deported, and the Trump administration wants to end the program and send young people who were brought to the United States as children to countries they don't call home.
